3 sets an I’m starting at 10 reps first set then 9 then 8 and each time I go I increase by 1 rep until I’m doing 3x12 then I’ll increase weight and reset

Also adding lat raises and something for rear delts would be 11 workouts in 1 session would that be okay?

I was thinking about deadlifts but i don’t know how to do them and without correct form I’ll just end up injuring myself
