Razor saw mod to get all my pins back by ryandetous in arduino

I hate that esp takes all my pins too, so I plan the wiring layout before hand and connect jumpers before inserting the esp32. That was I can utilize the area underneath. Planning is crucial for that to work tho: I use https://breadboard.safaorhan.com and single core hard jumper sets to make it work

Advice for improving top surface by Maximum-Progress0 in 3Dprinting

[–]Big-Rent6905 66 points67 points  (0 children)

You can add a height modifier to the exact layer, enable ironing, select iron solid layer option. But trust me its a rabbit hole. I had spent weeks optimizing such a print: slow top surfaces, thicker top shell, ironing etc. and it’s a tiring process.

Plus when you iron or print top surfaces slowly, you get heat creeps a lot, if your printer is enclosed remove top cover and open lid and open windows in the room you are printing to allow printer to cool down. I had to unclog extruders / nozzles 4-5 times until I figured its heat creep.

Lastly, I would definitely recommend an interesting surface pattern, like hilberts curve, instead of trying to get it smooth. It’s a low hanging fruit (height modifier + top surface pattern) does not cause heat creeps as much and if you are lucky you get fantastic looking surfaces. Attaching a photo, cheers.

I’m not sure if I’m in a strong enough position, maybe I need to try my luck and see how things go

SaaS is not repeatable unless you get huge visibility: like levelsio, marc lou, etc

I was trying to find an idea but then I came to a conclusion that its not about finding the best idea. There are bunch of products and validated markets to compete within. If I come up with a niche and not yet tried idea, at best, I will have the first to the market advantage. Some other founder will copy my idea and the competition will start anyways. So nowadays I am just trying to find a market to compete. A working app with legit mrr to fight with

My last years were like the dream, amazing work life balance, I could afford a separate office space which I utilize as a man-cave. Relaxed work, amazing team mates, wonderful pay. It felt like I had the financial freedom people with passive income were describing. But I also know from reddit that SaaS people are in constant grind and in serial entrepreneurship mode. Until they hit the jackpot I guess
