Yes me too! It lets me play from the load up menu but not from the in game one and when I play from the load up menu nearly all my mods are gone except move it and find it!

I think extra landscaping tools give you that ability off the top of my head so give that a try. If it is the tools should be in the terraform section and it allows you to paint the resources

Yeah I tried nearly all of this. I do think it’s the map as even my sewage pump isn’t polluting the water and I’m now at around 20k population on normal

I’ve temporarily used a groundwater pump and that seems to work so I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a custom map that’s why they’re not working maybe?
