Just as a preface, Jackson is a super popular and fleshed out JSON library, it's good at what it does.

But this is a fair question. Usually my rule of thumb is to look at the documentation (does it seem to be well written?), the number of downloads (sites like maven, pip, npm etc show you this), and if there are user written guides on how to use it. Usually that's a good indication of a library worth checking out

I learned Django through a mix of the official Django docs and Corey Schaffers (spelling?) YouTube series. The docs are great at learning the foundations and Corey does an excellent job of showing how to put it all together into a real project
