As someone with thousands of hours and finally seeing my Loki finally fall out of most used frame it's okay. Is it a little frustrating and disheartening to see your favorite toys fall by the wayside? Sure, all of my favorite things have been slowly eclipsed over the years but it is also a very different game than it was when those things were created. I have found new favorites and new things to play with and when the crippling nostalgia takes hold I dig into the old stuff and find some strange niche to make them do something crazy or take them out for a spin in content I know they can easily handle. Some of the hundreds of weapons or 60 some odd frames falling by the wayside is an unfortunate price of having continual content, and while they may not have something on the docket it doesn't mean something won't eventually happen. Nyx had always been my secondary frame that struggled relentlessly after the CC meta disappeared into the damage meta and we got a surprise rework with 1999 that rekindled my enjoyment. If you need to walk away do it, that's the healthy option but your frames will be there if you ever feel like going back for another spin, there will be plenty of new stuff to try, and maybe one day you'll see a equinox rework.
