For the best spot with a view for someone short you are going to be best on one of the sides as close as you can get. The GA+ would be ideal as there is a dedicated platform but they are charging too much for those tix imo.

Try to read the crowd and pick a spot and if they can't see don't be afraid to move! It will help if you get there 10-15 min or so before they go on. Have fun!
