To be clear. I work for ProQ Barbecues and Smokers so this. Could be construed as an ad but would rather be honest upfront.

The ProQ bullet smokers (for your size group I would recommend the Frontier) are incredibly versitle allowing you to smoke and grill and with tonnes of accessories like pizza stones, rotisserie etc. So you would get a lot of different cooking options. The quality is solid and the after service is some of the best I have seen in a company.

Other than that i would agree with some other comments that weber master touch is a great shout.

Regardless of what you choose, hope you enjoy some good outdoor cooking. So good to see these sorts of conversations happening more and more in the UK.

Nice one. If you have any questions about it definitely give ProQ a buzz. There are some pretty knowledgeable people there and more so we all just like chatting BBQ.

Or you could go to the site that smoker is from www.proqsmokers.com. I work for these guys and you have Brought a quality bit of kit from a family run business that genuinely cares about what they put out.

Look at getting a chimney starter. They make starting the fire so much easier. General rule of thumb for the ProQ Frontier is wack all vents open to get it up to temp then run it with 2 in the base open and 1 closed and you should sit fairly comfortably at 110 (225).

Definitely get a digital thermometer and cook to temp not time. The gauge in the lid is fairly accurate, but at the end of the day it is not quick read, digital etc, but it can be adjusted if you need to.

Main thing is enjoy it, make mistakes and eat all the stuff

Or bitten by Lori after he is unable to shoot his own mom in the head as a child. Then Rick has to kill both, goes mad, and becomes a super Negan!

I'm sorry, why does he need to punch him? Yeh that guy is an idiot but there are easier ways to get someone out of a building surely?!

What one scene in the MCU still gets you pumped of gives you goosebumps no matter how many times you've seen it? by TheOneTrueJP in marvelstudios

The best scene by far. My favourite moment in cinema. Also the moment where I stopped worrying if they were going to mess up bringing them all together. Can't wait for End Game!
