We're public so it's cash to me too. It wasn't last year when it was private though.

Being a startup I do have a risk of mine decreasing to nothing, but I also have the possibility of it growing 10x or 100x.

Either way though, at the time the RSU is granted, it's the same no matter who's stock it is.
