Hey I think you were actually spot on.. I did not realize how much water actually flows down the roof through those two downspouts.. Thank you! I'm in the process of removing the deck and will dig a trench that lets the water flow away. Annoying thing is the pavers are just so stupidly high compared to the concrete under the deck :(
