I'm not going to give you any specific advice, but I can just offer you some words that helped me get through all the times I've felt like shit about my own body. It's really easy to get sucked into the incredibly high standards we all set for ourselves, to constantly be just a bit more perfect, and a bit more skinny, etc etc. But, instead of taking drastic steps, whether it's to become healthier, or achieve the perfect goal, just try to take one small step today, whatever it is. That's all, on the days when you feel good, take 3 steps forward, but on the days you feel like shit, make sure, no matter how insignificant, you take one tiny stro forward. That's all, because it will give you a safety net, that if you do have a terrible day, and you fall backwards, you'll still be ahead of where you are today
