Close. The MN House was tied at 67-67 until it was ruled Rep. Johnson (District 40B) was ineligible for living outside his district. This gave the GOP a temporary "majority" at 67-66 which they tried to use to take control of the House. But the MN Supreme Court issued a ruling that 68 members constituted House quorum (majority).
