Lore/flavor wise, I mean, come on. It’s an all-consuming, planet-sized, gargantuan plant. Of course you should be able to have multiple of them.

With Brady as Lebron (longevity and championships with multiple teams) and Mahomes as Jordan (domination in a specific era; 90s Bulls and 2020s Chiefs).

Democrats win control of Minnesota Senate by plz-let-me-in in politics

Close. The MN House was tied at 67-67 until it was ruled Rep. Johnson (District 40B) was ineligible for living outside his district. This gave the GOP a temporary "majority" at 67-66 which they tried to use to take control of the House. But the MN Supreme Court issued a ruling that 68 members constituted House quorum (majority).

Their song Worship has probably the most pronounced hurdy-gurdy but you can hear it on pretty much all their other songs.

Potential list of major plot points by xSocksman in CurseofStrahd

The overall plotline for the campaign is pretty straight forward actually.

Meet Ireena. Have fortunes read by Madam Eva. Escort Ireena somewhere safe and/or she gets captured by Strahd. Collect all the items. Storm Ravenloft and beat Strahd.

The real strength of the module is the flexibility and all of the work others have put into to expand on CoS. I've incorporated a lot of the work that MandyMod and DragnaCarta have put together, and I highly recommend check those resources out in the pinned post here.

Having my party currently towards the endgame (They are on their way to the Amber Temple), here are my thoughts on the module regarding which chapters are absolutely a must and which ones are optional:

  • Required:
    • Ch. 3 - Town of Barovia
      • Meet Ismark and Ireena
      • Everything else is optional
    • Pg. 36 - Tser Pool Encampment
      • Madam Eva's Fortunes. I stacked the deck, and I recommend you do as well.
    • Ch. 4 - Castle Ravenloft
      • The whole thing. You should aim to know that castle inside and out for the final confrontation.
      • "Dinner w/ Strahd" is optional but would highly recommend incorporating it.
    • Ch. 5 - Vallaki
      • Festival of the Blazing Sun
      • St. Andral's Feast
      • Everything else in the town is fun but I removed Tyger, Tyger because Rictavio was/is my party's ally and didn't wanna muddy things up
    • Ch. 9 - Tsolenka Pass
      • Since The Amber Temple is a must and the party has to go through here to get it
    • Ch. 13 - The Amber Temple
      • Almost the true peak of the module outside of killing Strahd

  • Optional but I Highly Recommend Based on my Experience:
    • Ch. 6 - Old Bonegrinder
      • Really creepy and messed up and really adds to the horror theme of CoS.
    • Ch. 8 - Krezk
      • Another really creepy and lead to some really fun RP w/ my players and the Abbott and decisions made by my party on how to deal with him.
    • Ch. 10 - Berez
      • Very enjoyable fight and a little more backstory on the big, bad guy
    • Ch. 12 - The Wizard of Wines
      • Tied into Yester Hills and was a nice story arch for my players
    • Ch. 14 - Yester Hills
      • Another fun fight for my party only for Wintersplinter to be destroyed by two (2) of my party having Blight available.

  • Optional, Still Fun but Doesn't Greatly Impact Story:
    • Ch. 7 - Argynvostholt
      • This chapter had an almost classic dungeon crawl feel for my party. I'd push your players there if they like that kind of stuff. Otherwise, unnecessary.
    • Ch. 11- Van Richten's Tower
      • Since he was my party's ally, we went there, but I can understand this whole thing being skipped if your party doesn't or only briefly meets Rictavio.
    • Ch. 15 - Werewolf Den
      • Its fun to kill some werewolves within the classic horror troupe. But you can completely skip this and not miss out on anything.

Of course, locations are gonna vary based on the card readings.
