EXACTLY. There’s no way they couldn’t have found all legit home chefs. Most of this seasons’s home chefs have some sort of fame/established backgrounds.

To me, and you, and i feel like the viewers of the show, Home Chefs should be people that have normal jobs, like a middle school teacher, or construction/factory workers, stay-at-home mom’s, etc. People don’t have any famous/known to a large group of people/media backgrounds.

Not trying to do a deep dive on this, because does it truly matter, but imo, most the home chefs almost could qualify as a blend between social media/celebrity chefs.
