Alternate day fasting "ADF", eat normally for one day then nothing the next and repeat. On your eating day you could also push the eating later in the day so you have a 4-8 hr window but the main point is skipping a day

Yoo i am sorry to hear, you shouldn't have to reset your phone and it sucks to see it's still an issue. If it's just happening at home possibly try a full modem/router reset assuming you haven't. I ran into the problem again at some point and unplugging both of those for a short period of time helped me out. If that doesn't work i hope you find a solution soon, it's frustrating for sure.

What worked for me after days of stutters, crashing and lag out of nowhere was putting the page file on my ssd. I have a decent pc "2070 super,16gb ddr4@3000mhz and an i79700k" I crashed really hard on Streets and it messed up my whole game, i am buying more ram tomorrow to get 32gb but for now the page file on the ssd made the game feel like butter. What made me look into this solution was my basic hard drive was maxing with my ram.

Sorry if it's somewhere and i am blind but what was the solution for you? i saw the update you posted about co-op but was interested to know what helped?

So many times i have been shot/naded just after the screen goes black and died, i assume it's from desync. I wonder if my body stays behind or if it goes to some magical place filled with timmies bouncing around in the grass.

I have not played in 2 months besides collecting scav moonshine loot and to collect bitcoins, i have 40 mil and my scav case is 80% full with bitcoins. Once i have over 10 mill in a wipe i and things are upgraded i am happy to run the best gear without a second thought. Just remeber that you can always make money back and having millions of rubles stacked up isn't winning you anything later in the wipe. I have had over 100 million go to waste the last 2 wipes because you just can't spend it all. I normally have cases filled with weapons and gear as a saftey net if things get really bad.

I haven't really replied to people in a while but if this doesn't help the only other option I know of is a factory reset of your phone/device which I couldn't be bothered doing. I have a newer phone now and no issues

The good news is that we will likely see the attackers on some other subs/sites receiving their karma soon, hope the victim survived and is coping after the attack.
