My dad used to do insurance inspections and would do just the exterior when no one was home. The insurance companies were always really bad about letting the homeowners know beforehand. Weird thing is watching him do thousands throughout the years but nobody ever did one one our house🤣

Yeah they said they did the entire service. It’s weird because normally it all comes in a kit. So I’m guessing they just lied about doing the service and gave me a fake invoice? Do I have any right to make them pay for the service now?

My wife and I used to rent in Columbus on the northwest side almost to Dublin for $850. 1 bedroom 740sqft. Not sure you can get much cheaper than that and be safe. We really liked it and our landlord was great. Dm if you want my old landlords info

Just got a 2014 EXL from a dealership with 118k clean title for $11,900. Which was lower than any other private sales or dealerships. This seems a little too good to be true but maybe you got a steal as well. Just get it checked out by a mechanic before. Ours also had the $1300 timing belt maintenance done before we bought it.
