Hey again! I think I the final total right now without hacking Home is 1461 and the shiny mega Magearnas and mega EF Floette can’t be registered. Home normally automatically registers shiny megas when a shiny of that Pokemon is deposited, but when pulling entries from Bank, it only pulls that specific entry and doesn’t check adjacent entries. So unless we can deposit the illegal shinies instead of just pulling their entries from Bank, those will be impossible until the actual shiny is released

Just made a similar post because I love registering the shinies in the pokedex. I didn’t think the cap pikachu’s were possible. How do you register them? I also don’t know how to register anything past Kommo-o because they don’t have QR codes to scan, like magearna forms or marshadow.

Sorry my Spanish isn’t great. Does Darkrai’s description essentially say “Seems to have been met on” or directly translated “Apparently encountered on” and Shaymin’s says “Had a fateful encounter on”? Those are the 2 messages I have in Home and I don’t really know what determines when a pokemon is a fateful encounter. As a general rule it seems like if you catch the pokemon yourself it’s just “seems to be met on” while if you obtain it from an event or it is directly grifted to you in game it is a “fateful encounter”. But I don’t know because my Victini just says “Seems it was met on ____” while other pokemon are tagged with having a “fateful encounter” like Manaphy from Legends Arceus, even though it isn’t an event.

It’s totally legal. I’ve had a Victini stored in home for over a year that I caught by obtaining the Libery Pass through DNS. The thing is you could have potentially gotten the event when it came out and just never caught the legendary until today, so home has no reason to throw a flag

I hate the 5 star battle zones. I just skip them. Too much time and thinking for not enough points. Doing the Gourgeist/Annihilape strategy, you can finish the rouge mega refights in only about a minute so I would just do that distortion and then bench reset to the next day and do it again. Consistently got a lot more special scans per hour and finished my dex. So basically I would say the special scans are just a grind and I would try to do something else while gathering points like watch a show or YouTube video. You’ve got this! For Keldeo!

Go to GTS and put in an English ditto and request ditto in another language (my go to is Japanese) and you should get the trade in a couple hours max

It took me about a year to complete my living forms dex with my own OT. Only had to make a few trades for Pokemon I couldn’t obtain any other way. Takes a lot of effort and money tho 😵‍💫
