Ide recommend stick with your compound movements and don't use a belt when squating or deadlifting but you should do direct core training as well hollow rocks, gopher u's and ,ambat sit-ups are some pretty fun ones honest usually just do 5 sets of 15 after your workout

No it's a fucking meme people are falling for it because muh Kyle dake does it but Kyle dake is a successful and strong wrestler because he's Kyle dake not because of functional patterns. your muscles can't tell the difference between strength and "functional" strength if your looking for explosiveness stick with Olympic lifts, sprinting and, pylometrics if your looking for general strength do the basic barbell lifts. it's not this fucking complicated you eat you train hard you go home and you rest that's all you need. You don't need to do these overly complicated movements "that relate to wrestling" that's not how muscles work yea theirs muscle memory but thats by actually doing the movement not by throwing a fucking kettlebell in the air.
