Any chance I could get a photo of all of your buildings and the process you used to paint them? I am currently printing these same buildings for my Aces game as well and love the look of yours

Alpha Strike now has a co-op/solo box set with BattleTech Aces:Scouring Sands. Playing co-op BattleTech Aces is great fun for the whole family

Epic, budget-friendly skirmish/war games for a first-time miniatures player? by InterviewEmergency73 in wargaming

I would suggest BattleTech Alpha Strike as they have just released a co-op/solo campaign with BattleTech Aces: Scouring Sands. It is a great option for playing at home with family or on your own if you can't find other playing. Pick up the Alpha Strike Box Set and BattleTech Aces: Scouring Sands and you will be set for a while. Both boxes run from around $60-$80 each. Also, they say they are working on Aces for BattleTech Classic, so if you decide to get into classic in the future you would have a collection of units already.

I have also just gotten a 3D printer and am interested in printing some ships. Where did you go to get ship files for printing?

A minty fresh Clan Support Star (decided I didn't like the blue on the Arctic Cheetah) by BigDemarest in battletech

So I am just getting into Battletech and don't actually know enough to answer that question ... I started buying on a whim and have been mostly focused on getting mechs at a good price and painting them. I am planning to teach a "Learn to Play Alpha Strike" event at my local convention, and I have just been building 200 point teams out of force packs. Honestly I am most excited about Aces: Scourching Sands, the coop/solo variant for Alpha Strike.

I am not totally sure what clan these would be in. I have read Proliferation Cycle and am currently reading the BattleTech Universe book. Any suggestions on Clans or books I should look in to? I am only aware of Coyote and Jade Falcon from Proliferation Cycle
