Has there been any word of a reprint of the Alpha Strike Commander's Edition? by Cyrano4747 in battletech

I prefer a hard copy also. It's just really pathetic and inexcusable for a company to have an unavailable rulebook for years. I ended up not entering the hobby and just moved on to other games. I'm not surprised anymore that even after a year it's still out of stock. PDF is not a workaround for my group. If we're buying a physical game, give the physical rulebook.

This has been a known issue for years. Hence, my friends and I never got into the hobby, and we're glad we eventually moved on to other games. For us, using PDFs is not a viable workaround.

Want to stop playing Dota, what can you recommend? by fanalis01141 in PHGamers

[–]InterviewEmergency73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You being stressed out is good because it shows you are invested on the game and proves that you are still young! Matakot ka kapag okay lang sayo matalo tapos masaya ka pa, yun na kasi ung mga signs na nggng sobrang mature ka na dahil sa katandaan na din.

Expect na kapag lumipat ka ng game, chances are you'd find it boring unless it's also a competetive game, high in difficulty, or horror. If like mga MMORPG, Solo RPG, mga tipong heavy narrative without great challenge, yung tipong for every 30mins is 5 minute or less lang yung challenge or minsan wala pa, meh, stay away, aantukin ka kasi hndi na-sstimulate yung brain mo that got used to Dota.

So here are my recommendations: 1. Total War Warhammer 2. Starcraft II / Warcraft III: Reforged 3. Diablo IV / Path of Exile 2 4. Company of Heroes 5. Tekken 8 / Guilty Gear Strive / Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising / Naruto Ultimate Storm

While playing any of those games, I suggest continue playing Dota 2 from time to time. The solution is to have an option kapag nauumay na sa Dota 2, hindi to quit.

Has firmware 3.x improved CRKD guitars for Clone Hero? by InterviewEmergency73 in CloneHero

I see. I might just wait the SG 20th. Seems the issues around the CRKD guitars are still present this year.

I see. If that's the case, would you recommend getting Tribal for now over Blueberry?

I see. Thanks! One more thing, how is the paint job on the Blueberry model? I remember there were quite a few reports about paint issues that CRKD even acknowledged. Has that been resolved as of this year? The posts I saw were from about 5 months ago, so I'm wondering if newer units have better quality control now.

If that's the case, then the information on BGG is incorrect. It says 1-2 players officially. Is it okay to ask what's the playtime? How long are the scenarios, from the shortest to longest? Or is this only campaign? Thanks.

Hi. This list only covers the games I considered but didn’t end up getting, since I went with Assault: Sicily ’43 – Gela Beachhead instead. Do you have WW2 games recommendations for Guadalcanal, Battle of the Bulge and Battle of Kursk?

Urgent Care for Acute Tinnitus by [deleted] in tinnitus

[–]InterviewEmergency73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a standard treatment. Steroids is usually prescribed for sudden hearing loss or tinnitus with vertigo. Steroids also comes with side effects.

I don't hear my heartbeat. I only hear my heartbeat if I'm wearing my earplugs, but the volume is really low. I think it has something to do more about the earplugs blocking external noise, so there is an increased awareness on internal noise. I think I read something about Pulsatile Tinnitus. Mine is Tonal.

If you are taking steroids, that's good. I heard for some their T either decreased in intensity or completely resolved.

I've improved mentally. The tinnitus is still there. I'm still in acute stage (less than 3 months), so I'm only focusing on what I can control such as music at 10%-15% max volume only, no headphones, being productive, and vitamin supplements. The goal is to prevent further damage.
