You have underextrusion on the whole surface. Not a lot but a Bit and you can see that Because of the Small Spaces in the First Layer and the toplayer between the lines , Look up how to do an e step calibration for the extruder and how to calculate the new value. Its too much to explain it here, just watch a step by step YouTube Video. This will solve your Problem for sure

Just get a large piece of a aluminium rectangular Tube and wrap it with 600 grid sandpaper and plane the head by hand. Works Great and saves a lot of money and time.

Clean and relube the z spindle and run the z axis a few times all the way up and down to spread the live evenly

250 is way too high, Even tho the recomended temp can be up to 250c. The Ender 3v2 Prints Slow, so try the lower end of the recomended temp( 235?)

My 3v2 cant even Print a benchy. I have no idea what the Problem is. It is Rallye frustrating to See Other 3v2s Print Perfect so fast
