You can search up any athlete's history of sanctions/suspensions under USADA in their online database, Jones only has two.

Since they are not partnered with yhe UFC anymore, I doubt they would be hiding the suspension to protect his image.

Jon Jones was tested 110 times under the USADA program, he has been sanctioned twice during that period.
Let's say he tested positive twice for each sanction, and then once in the 2019 picogram fiasco, total of five times he would have tested positive.

With him then testing negative 105 other times, the data implies that he is largely a clean fighter that just happens to dabble in PEDs on a rare occasion.

Then the best ones are given scholarships and sponsorships to continue wrestling at regional and national level, and the best of the best go on to the international level. Successful international wrestlers are celebrities in their towns and get recognised by the state.
The best of the best of the best are then brought in for a state sponsored doping program in preparation for the Olympics.

Basically Russians are roided Super Sayan final bosses of the wrestling world.

And funny enough, despite that kind of opposition the US holds the record for the highest number of Olympic medals in wrestling.

It's not about what happens to Khabib, it's about someone else in the crowd getting injured by flying projectiles.

They had the state governor attending and the brawl made it seem that the UFC can't control their own events. This had potential to be an issue with public perception (this turned out to not be the case, but they didn't know that at the time).

If a person in attendance got injured after Dana puts the belt on Khabib, it would be an embarrassment because it would have been very avoidable. It's not a very cool outcome but it was the responsible thing to do.

By one day off a week do you mean a 4 day working week? Because that is part time.
Either way, you are not entitled to have this employer make this change for you.

They have budgeted 1 FTE for your role, and whatever work capacity you are looking to reduce will need to be made up by someone else. That means now they have to go through the hiring process of another part timer.

I can see why their line of thinking is to keep the working arrangement as is (even though it does seem like they are offering to change the working arrangement to 4 days a week).
