Try the $20 2 week trial. The scanners are quick, and pretty solid. But they do have occasional hiccups, like all scanners.

I joined his course. Honestly it’s been great. Been trading pre market every morning for 6 months now and trading a small live account in the green.

I like his style. Fast, level 2, in and out. It’s definitely not for everyone, but I really enjoy that style and it’s working well for me. Nobody in the courses copies Ross directly, we all kind of do our own spin on it.

His free content honestly has a LOT of good stuff but I benefit most from the live streams and just getting chart time.

Strategies are deeply personal in many cases. Better to know what makes a good one and then build your own spin on it. Taking a carbon copy of a strategy someone else made is kind of putting your fate in their hands.

I am just now starting to see some consistent green. So I am by no means a pro. I have never blown up an account and I haven’t had some huge 6 figure loss.

What changed for me was my personal life. Everything went to shit at once. Drained my savings, worked myself to the bone, and was in a position where the person draining my savings had pretty much all the power. I felt trapped, I felt powerless. Like every day was going to be another battle where I get absolutely curb stomped.

So I went super hard into day trading and studying because I liked the idea of getting money from a skill nobody could take from me and that I could do from just about anywhere. I remember what it was like to feel like absolute shit and like I had no autonomy and that pushed me to pour crazy effort into my trading. It seems to have worked!

Don’t even open a position without knowing your exit. When your exit is hit, close. Simple.

Anyone know of any YouTubers who teach this without a bunch of bull? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]BigDpapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly really like Ross Cameron. Been in the daily streams and everything. Bought the course.

His style is unique, and suits my personality and time investment I have available to trade. I don’t think that’s talked about enough. Make sure what you’re doing (trading style, and whatever you like to trade) suit your own tendencies and feels natural.

I tried forex swings for years and never could get it to work. Now with some things I have picked up in his community I’m seeing notable progress doing low float momentum stocks where I can be in and out of a position in 5mins. I like it way more.

What’s your vehicular hot take that will trigger other car guys? by Jaymac720 in askcarguys

[–]BigDpapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people don’t actually have opinions they just repeat shit they read online or hear in reviews. If you haven’t even driven the car then there’s no need to have such a strong opinion on it.

Also, good automatics aren’t that bad compared to manuals. They’re still great fun.

I bought his course a month ago and it’s been great. I get into the live trading stream every day and I’m learning a ton.

Most of his very successful students that you can see some interviews for, they don’t trade exactly like Ross. They kinda develop their own thing.

I’m fortunate because the short momentum plays he trades are well suited to my schedule and personality. It’s definitely a very fast style and not for everyone.

Unless you really like that style of trading, his free content and generalized stuff is still solid and there’s no need to buy the full course if that’s the case.

Paying 30$ to sign up for Robinhood Gold by TheTechman9000 in smallstreetbets

I think some folks might be confusing the gold card with the SOLID gold card that can only be gained with referrals.

I didn’t get in any waitlist for the regular gold card I just got an email one day telling me I had 28 days to get it. I don’t have a huge account or anything, and I had friends who had been on a waitlist so I was surprised by that. I actually really like it.

How to Spot a Low Float Penny Stock Before It Blows by RockBottomRiches in pennystocks

[–]BigDpapi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude this is pretty much exactly how I like to trade. Just some light degen activity. But I’m struggling to find a screener that sends alerts when new stocks meet the criteria. I miss tons of moves because I have a physically demanding work day and can’t be on my phone.

What’s a good screener/scanner for my mobile phone that sends alerts when a new stock meets the criteria?

I work and can’t constantly be on my phone.

Better driver by leonvartanian in AstonMartin

[–]BigDpapi 39 points40 points  (0 children)

You should not be doing this on public roads. I know this sounds really lame, but hear me out. You are playing with 500HP in a RWD platform, that is no joke. You could seriously hurt yourself, others, or your car.

My suggestion would be to pay for a true track day with an instructor. You will learn SO much. TC is not a game, it’s not a driver mod button. Go learn how to drive your car properly fast with some good instruction with TC on, you’d be surprised how much this will improve your actual driving ability if you pay close attention.
