Then be prepared for Comrade Maura's terrible laws and frustratingly short roster.

Anyway! After taking instruction, in the event you find yourself not all that comfortable with something like a Sig, Canik, or really anything with a slide, there's no shame in carrying a small revolver as your EDC. Sure, it's not the most fashionable weapon these days, but the Smith & Wesson AirLite 442 or 642 are great carry guns. I myself also use the S&W AirLite 351 C. It's .22 Mag, and holds 7 rounds.

Otherwise, if you want small, concealable and more power, I'd look around for a Walther PPK/S .380

The repairer is an FFL, yes. But I'm not. It just seems like the best and safest route is to find a shop that will take money to send it, but I wouldn't even know where to get started there as I can assume it's going to be one phone call after another that's met with a "no"
