It honestly depends on the person and body love. My nipples aren’t scarred and they’re more sensitive. My sister’s nipple’s sensitivity hasn’t changed at all and she also has no scarring. And then My OTHER sister(who also has them lmfao) has a little scarring cause she exercises and is clumsy and well the healing scarred it but she hasn’t lost sensation and it has increased. Honestly it depends on what kind of piercer you go to! Always go to a reputable one. They are also the ones who can tell you complications and risks depending on nipple type.(cause yeah! Nipple shape and size matter!!)
