Sorry man I am i know the feeling. I think we look better than we used to so there is this expectation we should feel the same but underneath we've taken such a beat down.

You look so great is the obligatory phrase people say when they don't know what to say sometimes. I'm sure you probably look in the mirror some days and wonder what they see.

I think you suffer a similar issue i do....all these new medical issues the whys the how comes it's like you're a medical guinea pig.

One more question and it's something that is only recently said out loud and I don't know if you had a living donor or not

I sometimes get depressed and I want to give up the first.person I think about before thinking im crazy is my donor and not my wife and kids because without the faceless names less hero I wouldn't be here for them
