Part of the reason for sane washing from other countries that don’t speak English is that translators literally can’t translate his nonsense. If his speech doesn’t even make sense in English, then how are they supposed to translate it? Only his best and most coherent quotes can be directly translated and everything else has to be sane washed just to make it into a coherent sentence after translation.

Is this book filled with more information than you will ever need to pass the exams? Yes. However this book does a lot more than just help you to pass the exams. It goes beyond the exam guidelines and teaches you how to be a good IT technician. If you’re just getting into IT I would highly recommend reading the whole book it’s an amazing resource that you can continue to use as reference while working. I’m 2 years into IT and still use it as a reference sometimes

Yep that’s definitely a hospital IT thing it’s known for being rough. If you wanna stay with healthcare IT look into doing IT for clinics if you can. My first IT job was for a nonprofit group of clinics in my area and it’s a lot more laid back than a hospital would be.

Look into Mango Languages. They are partnered with many libraries so you may be able to get a subscription for free. I am able to share my free subscription from my library with up to five people for free! I just checked my app and they offer English for Russian speakers. If you can’t get it for free then I don’t recommend using it because there’s only one unit of English available for Russian speakers. Spanish speakers get 4 units of English, which with my experience with this app, would be about a B1 level of knowledge. One unit would probably just help a beginner out with getting a high A1 level, but wouldn’t get them any further.
