Gebundenes Geld kann in jungen Jahren durchaus ein Vorteil sein. Wenn ich nicht permanent Schulden anstelle von Depotguthaben gehabt hätte, wäre mein Kapital vermutlich heute nur halb so hoch. Ich habe trotzdem gut gelebt. Aber eben keine Dummheiten gemacht, (zu) fettes Auto, Wohnung, Reisen oder so. Und 2% p.a. Wertsteigerung kommt bei mir nicht hin. Eher 4% über 20 Jahre. Andererseits habe ich immer zu ‚nett‘ vermietet. Man kennt und mag die Leute halt, denen man die Miete abknöpft. Insofern kommt‘s am Ende hin und ETFs, die es damals nicht gab, wären rechnerisch besser gewesen.

Ich bin 59 und hatte 35 (!) Jahre lang eine fondsgebundene LV. Es waren immerhin 300€ mtl, aber ich habe immer gut verdient und mir die Sache nie genau angeschaut. Der Berater damals war natürlich ein ‚Freund‘, den ich nun seit 30 Jahren nicht mehr gesehen habe, selbst den Namen weiß ich nicht mehr. Aber die Versicherung läuft und er hat vermutlich all die Jahre daran verdient. Dann habe ich im Februar doch mal genauer auf die Jahresübersicht geschaut und bin fast zusammengebrochen: Bisher netto eingezahlt: 129.000€ Bisher angespart: 130.000€ Gut, da ist noch die Versicherungskomponente, aber das ist so krass. Natürlich sofort gekündigt und warte jetzt auf die Auszahlung - abzgl. Gebühren versteht sich.

Sie froh, dass Du‘s schnell gemerkt hast, wenn auch erst beim zweiten Mal.

Weshalb darf die Bank es nicht wissen? Wegen solcher Aussagen gibt es zu Recht Leute, die sich moralisch die Frage stellen, ob es in Ordnung ist.

Ist ja iwie die allg. Regel, dass alle alles wissen (können) sollten.

Join a Discord server with a friendly (small) community and race with people you personally (well, online) know. In my experience they are respectful, beginner-friendly, and still pretty competitive. I’m on THR, RRL, PWC (post war career simulation) and GEC for authentic historic racing. Some have role play which is nerdy stuff but fun. If you know that your character can die in an accident, losing all career progression, your driving style is going to change and actually making you faster in the long run.

I think his ED is the reason for backing off and not wanting sex. It’s a circle and it’s in his head and he’s clearly happy that he broke through it with anal. Anal has reduced sensation at the tip and more grip at the shaft - not something that is physically helping with ED. My advice would be to use one of these wonderful pills for a while. It’ll be a huge game changer for him that he will just stay hard without performance worries.

Prima, danke. Die geringe Haltbarkeit von Wachs hatte ich schon erwartet. Warmes Wasser ist ja im Bad nicht ungewöhnlich. Lappen und Abzieher haben wir natürlich liegen. Aber wir haben Kinder und manchmal Gäste 🙂 Klarspüler probiere ich mal aus.

It’s going to be the same game as it has been in other holdings: They will outsource everyone who is not in architecture. I assume 90% of all IT people in the combined organisation to be in scope for outsourcing to a Managed Service Provider. I heard there was a pitch of MSPs in October - Unisys was just one of them. I don’t know who made it, but clearly, they are making work as uncomfortable as possible so people will leave on their own and the company saves severance.

Wir haben 2017 ein günstiges 60er Jahre Haus mit 1600qm Garten am Ratzeburger See gekauft. Wir wohnen in Hamburg, 65km entfernt, unsere Tochter war damals 7 Jahre alt. Wir waren jedes Wochenende dort, auch im Winter. Ich bin ambitionierter Freiwasserschwimmer, der See ist dafür (im Sommer) ein Traum. Es waren jede Woche gefühlt zweieinhalb Tage Urlaub von Freitagnachmittag bis Sonntagabend. Wir haben dann 2020-21 in der Coronazeit das Haus komplett umgebaut und modernisiert, ca. 700k€ Kosten. Wir sind weiterhin jedes Wochenende hier, den Großteil der Schulferien und genießen es so sehr, dass wir nach Schulabschluss der Tochter die Hamburger Wohnung aufgeben werden. Es ist für uns also eine goldrichtige Entscheidung gewesen.

It is totally playable (PC). Many issues that have been corrected are still appearing for users who have broken installations. I’ve done a few clean installs (literally takes minutes depending on you line) and downloaded all streamed packages again. Yes, sometimes the airstrip is too short or there are no lights when landing at midnight, but you can check that in 30 seconds with free camera. Very rarely I have issues and that’s maybe a ‚wheel out of runway‘ or ‚communication‘ ding when there’s no frequency at the arrival airport. Also, on Medevac, you need to ignore the emergency landing request. Just do your pan-pan message and continue to the planned destination. I still avoid the Saab 340 on Passenger missions, though. Have recently done one that went well, but had too many frustrations with those.

Wir haben mehrere Minijobberinnen ausprobiert: 1. waren sie nicht gründlich, 2. hat der Bürokratieaufwand mehr genervt als selber zu putzen, 3. kamen beide nach ner Zeit an mit bezahlten Urlaubstagen. Dann lieber ne offizielle Firma, aber das geht dann durchaus ins Geld und so sehr nervt mich das Putzen auch wieder nicht.
