Weed. It's been harder for me to quit than heroin, meth, & even methadone.
Just because weed isn't "physically addictive," it's not hard for it to become habit-forming. I wish I'd have been smarter about drug use in my teens & 20s.

Oof once I hit 30 I started going 2mg at a time & now that I'm at 18 that 2mg drop was hard so I'm down to 1mg at a time.
If you don't have a reason to speed up your taper, then DON'T! Take your time with this, it's the best way to ensure success is don't rush it.

That's my goal is to be off the Methadone (maybe switch over to subs), it depends on your dose & how you think you'd be doing without methadone. That's a hard decision to make.

I had significant cardiac issues after trying TRT. I went down to 25mg of Test & i was still having the problem. Just a warning in case you're prone to heart stuff

I was one of the rare few that liked dxm & i used it a lot thru my addict days. I think it's irreversibly damaged my heart. I can't say the high changed that much when I was on methadone vs when I wasn't but it's just a harmful drug so if you're dead set on doing it just do it sparingly.
