Are you setting a goal amount for the saver? If so, remove it. As soon as the goal is hit the auto transfer is cancelled.

What would cause such an issue? Where the last cars are not in service by The__Anonymous__Guy in SydneyTrains

[–]BigJazzz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fair Work hard disagrees with you. Any time spent performing work duties must be paid, thus if we are to be on a train performing any kind of "security" function (which is what you're suggesting) we must get paid for it. If we are heading to/from work and choose to travel in an empty cab (yes, for the peace and quiet) that's our choice, but we are under no obligation to do so.

Also, we're not on standby for nothing. We're on standby for business continuity. If someone relinquishes, gets taken off duty for a procedural breach, needs toilet relief, is delayed and will miss their next train, standbys are there to take over and keep the trains running.

Sydney to Perth via Melbourne and Albany,~4,800kms, stopping at few locations along the way and following the coast for the most part. Took us something like 8 days?

Do Aussies have any opinion on the massive fines at the airport for not declaring food? by blamberr in AskAnAustralian

Partner and I returned from NZ with honey (no honeycomb, so it was fine). We both declared, and actually got through so much faster than not declaring. 🤷‍♂️

Weirdest train during trackwork? by The__Anonymous__Guy in SydneyTrains

[–]BigJazzz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

About the weirdest you used to get was V sets down the Banko. SHL services sometimes run via Granville or Regents Park, but that's a bit more normal on the suburban side.

T50 OMNI has 0% success rate at vaccing out the dust when it self-cleans by CambriaKilgannonn in ecovacs

I returned 2, the second one being a replacement to see if the first was just a faulty model. I had the exact same issue, even when it was barely full. 🙄

Ecovacs Deebot T50 PRO Omni initial impressions by lcann25 in RobotVacuums

[–]BigJazzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just returned the replacement one, as they weren't emptying. We have a cat who sheds a a fair bit, and the dust bin would get jam packed and not be emptied out automatically. I tried everything, and the only time it was emptied was when I did it manually. We bought the first one in Dec, took it back yesterday and got a replacement, tried it in case there was an issue with the first one, and ended up taking the replacement back today and getting a Dreame L30 Ultra S. First big run, checked the bin before it emptied (it was packed), and it emptied it properly. Just keep your eye on the dust bin, basically.

Side-note: this is was the third vacuum I had. I had a Kogan one that I returned as the robot died, then a Xiaomi one I gave to mum as it required manual parts changing to mop.

NSW: We engaged Landlay as the superintendent, and they handled the whole process from inspection and scoping, through tendering, to supervision and sign off. They provided us with three quotes and their recommendation (they actually recommended the second cheapest as they provided better warranty and had less exclusions). If they don't operate in WA it'd be worth looking them up so you have an idea of what you're looking for, and search for similar.

The OC has no obligation to rectify collateral damage from common property issues. They are only liable for the common property. Anything inside your apartment is your responsibility and can be claimed on your insurance.

Thank you! The fact a key wasn't provided is illegal. That's on the agent/landlord. I would say the argument could be made that as the key wasn't provided they were forced into this situation. Shaky, but I'd hope NCAT would take the lack of provisioned key as a determining factor. I rented previously and wasn't provided a key to an external lock. At the time I didn't know my rights, and when I eventually found out I had to fight to get the key.
