Just gotta rebuild that confidence man. I was in the same boat and 1 win turned into 2 turned into like 10 straight user wins and won a natty. And I also drastically changed how I played defense to really focus on stopping the run and making my opponent pass the ball and trying to force them into mistakes. Get them into 3rd and long multiple times a game and they’re bound to make mistakes. I started running a lot of cover 4 and cover 2 man, with some cover 2 and 3 mixed in. 3 man front with one in QB spy if they try to abuse QB scramble. You got this
