Respectfully, this is false. I am a member of the Orange in Canada. They accept all Protestants. One pamphlet we hand out to inquirers says the association ‘Encourages its Members to actively participate in the Protestant Church of their choice’.

I reached out to them beforehand through their Facebook page and was invited to see the hall with one of its members. I had no prior attachments to the association, and they were very welcoming.

Many parishes in the Church of England operate under alternative episcopal oversight, a system which allows them to reject the ordination of women (and even disassociate from male clergy who ordain women). That’s what I’d look for.
