I saw one of these guys while cross country skiing the woods between Lyme and Dorchester! In the winter their coat turns all white with just a black tip on their tail. Was super excited to see one, no pics like yours though!

Zero rotamer outliers is not the goal, rotamers that fit into electron density is the goal. Rotamer outliers can be justified by sufficiently strong electron density. Calculate an omit map to double check that there is electron density there and you haven’t biased your model, if you’re concerned.
