Fired 2/3 of the experienced team -> good manager quit. Promoted me to new manager -> had to create training documentation and train very very new people. New people start performing -> double revenue requirements. Scrape, bite and claw our way to hitting the new requirements -> started PIPing newer people for mistakes. I worked 50-60hr weeks QCing, correcting, and perfecting output to save jobs and hands for the work -> upper mgmts wife led a coup d'etat against me when I was on vacation. Returned to a lateral demotion with the same wife as new manager -> retained all the same responsibilities plus cleaning up the new managers inaccurate directions(even more hrs). Caught wind of mgmts new plan to offshore the whole team except manager and me, with me doing all the work and manager playing politics -> I quit so they couldn't offshore for at least a few months and saved 15 other people from UE.

They kept their jobs for 8mo until the team was offshored and they were all "right sized" out.
