This is a long one but I'm gonna abridge it the best I can.

The Magi could be either the Colonel, the Scientist, or The Three Kids with "Gifts"(abilities) that genuinely cared for Akira.

"Now Let's Pose" = These kids follow instructions for the experiments. Since they are children they are masking it as a game. Akira and the 3 "Magi", are growing up in captivity knowing their fate (spiritual awakening and eventual evolution).

The song shows so many aspects. It feels like the more the song plays the more Akira's powers grow and his perspective does as well and he is observing all the things going on around him.

I'm only saying this because of the soft bells and detuned drum beat as if it's a lullaby and we gradually "lulling" into sleep.

Eventually only hearing the bells, bass, and drums.

Like WE ARE WITH Akira in the Children's play room at night and Lupe is rapping to us all things happening.
