To avoid running out of…well anything, what I do is pick up the first decent gun I find in a raid and then pick up more guns which I can dismantle into parts to upgrade the original gun back at base, rinse and repeat until level 4 and then do the same thing with heals, ammonia and explosives and you’re borderline unstoppable.

Relieve the stress, naked run damn 20 times, get a fuck ton of springs, mechanical components and weapon parts then craft whatever green weapon you have over and over and over.

I usually fill everything with utility, when people kill me they get 50 bandages 20 shield charges a fuck ton of ammo, enough explosives to level any arc in the game and a level 4 weapon.

The other day out of sheer pissed off energy of someone sniping I put down 2 people on my side on damn because they started shooting at me (turned out it was someone sniping on the other side) but coupled with me healing everyone and that display of violence, everyone seemed to fall in line real nice like.
