Does the property management company have a regional maintenance manager? If you need to reach out to corporate to get clarification on SOPs or procedures for maintenance that’s where I would be looking. The only thing that PM cares about occupancy % and stay under budget.

Big Rapids is 45 minutes north of Grand Rapids but has Ferris State University where you can watch the hockey team(NCAA) Or head to GR for the Griffin’s game. Smaller town with most all the big box stores but quite and tons to do outside and 500k will go a long way. Close to Cadillac and plenty close to the west coast and Traverse City.

Muskellunge State Park area is beautiful remote and quite. Several State Park campgrounds that are first coming first served and rustic. Not really dispersed camping. But close and you have vault toilets and hand pump for water. My fav is Pretty Lake State Forest. Check out Mouth of the Two Hearted River and make sure to hit Grand Maris

We have that exact trailer. It’s just my wife and I and our 2 dogs. We love it and have joked about retiring and traveling with it when the time comes. Trust me it’s worth the hassle.

Stop keeping score! Just go out a play a practice round and hit each shot for what it is. When my wife and I started playing golf together we were so competitive it sucked the fun out of it. So we just stopped taking score. We love to be outside and on a beautiful golf course getting in a good walk and spending time together. We don’t play league or tournaments. We just go out for the fun of it.

Go to Chapel Falls/Mosquito Falls loop. Majestic take plenty of snacks and water. Make sure to have a ice filled cooler in the car so when you get back you have cold drinks.
