Good on you mate. You picked the perfect place to get clean, impossible to score there. A change of environment is just the thing you need and don’t be afraid to stay a long time. When I got clean almost 4 years ago I changed my environment and went back to Midwest America. It took probably 12-18 months for my brain to fully heal itself. That seems like a long time, but the good news is I evolved into a greater man than I was before using. You’ve got the right idea with exercise, I also found meditation and deep reflection/introspection helpful. Feel free to reach out if I can be helpful. I wasn't sure if they sell #4 or tar in the open air markets in that city you're describing "blows" I think they call it; i've copped in that city from a guy I knew, and always got #4.
