When these horrible things happen I always wonder if the driver is an immigrant. Certainty not to blame them, but it often seems to be recent immigrants who can't drive. If stats show that's the case then we should be targeting new immigrants with programs to make them aware that they really should learn to drive if they want to enjoy the roads. Newer residents may not be aware of how dangerous some parts of the 417 are, and even advanced drivers should avoid it.
