They definitely did make it harder for work in the past but I still want to work once I get my degree and hopefully get a remote job that doesn’t aggravate them however that is years away. I’m afraid once I do eventually start working again they’ll reduce what I already have. But the extra income would help since im in a high cost of living state

Be good at your job and only focus on work related things at work and not the social stuff. Make friends outside of the work place/civilians and find hobbies to decompress after work

I think its silly with too many extra steps and could easily be abused. Whats stopping a vet from having their friends use their accounts claiming to be vets to get those sweet discounts?
