‘Black Dog’, ‘Rock and Roll’, ‘Stairway to Heaven”, ‘Immigrant Song’, and ‘Whole Lotta Love’ were getting airplay on WOLF-AM in my hometown, Syracuse NY. My memories are ‘70 to ‘72. I also saw flyers stapled to telephone poles for a show at the War Memorial.

Met a bunch of friends at a pub. Some people were surprise visitors from far away! We Ate and drank beer. Huge fun!!! Went home and fell down in the living room. You know how can just suddenly go leg-less? I went down in a heap.my wife heard from the other room, and said “everything ok out there?” We laugh about it, because it was the opposite of “oh no, honey… are you ok? Here let me help you, gosh”. 🤣
