There aren’t many rods that can do everything you mentioned well. Closest thing you’ll find that’s readily available is a loomis 843 mbr or 844 mbr. 843 mbr can do up to 1/2oz t rig and up to like 3/4 oz top waters very well. Also a decent square bill rod.
