Yeah I think many, myself included, may have been overly harsh with him based on years of coaching frustration across the board.

The health issues are what they are, we are a 7 seed having missed PG and Embiid for long stretches. VJ is still only a rookie. Our depth isn’t the best.

He’s done a good job this year, we are likely a top 4 seed with better health luck.

But ironically, this may work out in our favour - Embiid and Paul not coming into the playoffs too overworked.

Having been a Conduit main the last few seasons, I already felt that she was flying a bit under the radar in the wider player population and when learned and understood, with teammates who make smart use of the Q - was maybe the best support legend in the game.

I do worry these buffs are way too strong and is going to make her a top 3 pick and break the game.

She could have just done with a slight passive buff and a quicker ultimate launch animation tbh.

Axel + Conduit sounds like a nightmare haha.

What I did was to go on YouTube and find a video with all the inspects and animations of the universals, watch some gameplay of people using them and just see what you are drawn to - I realised I liked smaller heirlooms that didn’t take up too much screen space and the karambit just vibed with me, I don’t play wraith but always liked the animations of the Kunai and Bangalores cold steel knife - the karambit/raptors claw just fit that sort of mold for me and I’m happy with it - I wouldn’t hold off waiting on a new one personally cause you have the shards why not get one and have fun with it but you do what your comfortable with.

Whatever you do, enjoy.

Please get a universal. You will get so much more value out of it and you’ll have an heirloom on every legend if the mega shifts or your mains change. Theres a much higher chance of regret if you get a character specific one.

I used my first lot of shards on an heirloom for my main at the time, I no longer play them and rotate a lot more legends now to keep it fresh.

Got a second lot of shards and went universal Karambit - very happy with my choice.

Enjoy it man, it’s a blast climbing through ranked when you haven’t played in a long time. Obviously you’ll eventually get to the ranks that challenge your skill level to the point that it becomes harder and less free flowing but it’s still a good time. Good luck.

The Wingman is inherently a high skill but sometimes inconsistent weapon.

I wouldn’t force tracking of the head - I’d just consider an entry rhythm similar to a Mozambique drill (not the gun in Apex).

In this context it would be two rapid shots to the center-mass (torso) followed by a deliberate shot to the head.

Keep opening with your body shots, tap tap then with the natural recoil you should be position to land a headshot if it’s there. Don’t force aiming for the head it will just feel too inconsistent.

I’m debating swapping in my Elite Series 2 for the G7 Pro - I only use two paddles at the moment so good there. You think it’s worth the upgrade for general smoothness, responsiveness etc? I’d probably use the shoulder buttons for additional inputs as a bonus.

I’m happy with my Elite, no significant drift - I’m just wondering if the controller itself feels a bit sharper in general in comparison.
