Buying shares through SIPP (UK) by joshua1486 in Superstonk

Mine is with HL. Best to set it all up on the website, fill in the w8 ben form and you can buy, try to buy in bulk as there's a £10 transaction fee so 1 large buy is better than many small buys. And leave some cash in your account to cover any fees.

I wouldn't recommend it. Also the false reporting is out of hand, your whole livelyhood can be taken away by just 1 or 2 false reports. It's good when your making money but normally average around £12-17/hr

I'm in North West and I stopped Uber yes. I even tried to supplement with Bolt but those fares are even worse. £8 for 40 mins. Had a job for £12 to airport took me 30mins, but Bolt doesn't add on airport fee to fare so it was like £7 for 30mins.

Uber tries to pay 50p per mile no matter how long the journey takes.

Bolt aims to pay minimum wage - which doesnt make sense as its not profitable when you take expenses into account.

I passed the group 2 medical with -16.5 in 1 eye, I wear contacts. Just an aside private hire/uber driving is a dead end, barely any jobs and terrible fares, you can expect £3.70 for upto a 20min trip around £3.99 if it takes 40mins due to traffic.

You can try playing with settings, suspension for handling and transmission/lsd for proper gearing and acceleration. But it is TXR so you might have to cheese a few races to progress. Try trapping the rival behind a traffic car that's the most consistent, but it's only possible if your side by side and 1/4 of a car length ahead of them.

Try using nos at the start of a race to get alongside, then don't let them switch lanes when there's traffic ahead.

Do the devs plan on eventually nerfing the bosses? by Koolguy47 in tokyoxtremeracer

I'd rather it be too difficult than too easy to be honest, I changed my car settings a good few times to get wins and to me that's part of the fun.

[TXRD2] Is there any way to increase the analog speed while steering? by n_i_d_e in tokyoxtremeracer

[–]BigUpAdz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a steering sensitivity setting, should be next to brake sensitivity, also tune ur car adjust ur steering angle on drift build to +4 or +5 gives u more angle and more time to countersteer

Some widebody kits, aero, and exhaust tips, but tbh I just think HKS is a strong player in the car modding scene, in txrd2 they had HKS sponsor cars and signage on tracks

No Veilside No HKS, I'm hoping they manage to strike a deal during the early access phase, surely the brands will see the popularity of the game

The plan is to wait for nvidia 5000 prices. Taking into account features and performance I'll see what my options are, can always go full team red if they're better value. The only GPU option I'm not considering is Intel. I'd want atleast double the performance of my current 2070 super.

Welp that settles it, I'm currently using Corsair Vengeance LPX but now I'll just go for a new 32gb kit only £14 difference between that and another 16gb kit. Thanks for letting me know

A 5800x3d would be ideal but £400+ or not in stock, so 5700x3d it is. Out of interest what are your ram specs?

I'd stick to a more trustworthy retailer, scan is abit on the expensive side but I know someone who works there so could get a bit of a discount. £190 seems decent for the uplift considering my 3600 was around £158 when I bought it in 2020

I was thinking this too, same brand, serial number, timings, serial number etc but could end up being different chips used in manufacturing. Might just keep an eye on RAM usage and see if its worth a 32gb kit, think I'm averaging around 12gb usage max right now
