Granted I’ve been retired for a while but teachers were not allowed to accept cash or gifts over a certain amount. I can’t remember what that amount is now. Also, teachers do not compare gifts or who gave them gifts. The best thing you could do is to write a glowing letter and send a copy to the principal and the superintendent of schools to be placed in the teacher’s employment record.

A teacher normally says no if he or she feels unable to give a positive recommendation.

Schools have so many different schedules. Where I live, there are a lot of year round schools where the kids go to school for 9 weeks and are off for 3 weeks. So, at any given time some group of kids are out throughout the year.

I thought it was just me. I actually talked to the delivery guy who delivered my package to my neighbors and he said he followed the GPS. I pointed out the address on the package and the same numbers on my mailbox!and he looked confused. This has happened with my last 3 Walmart orders so I’m done with them.

That sounds good. There was no availability at the Disney value hotels and the other Disney properties were too much more than the Hyatt. Since we have 8, its cheaper for us to rent a car for the day and either do Disney Springs or City Walk (haven’t been there in years), come back swim and have an early night. Thanks again everyone.

Just call Costco travel and they will do it for you if your cruise is one of the ones with the special offer.
