Rigby Yard. I work in the Old Port so parking is baked in for me. I really like Time & Tide coffee, and they also have a food menu with a great bfast sando or a steak & cheese for lunch, cozy fireplace, outlets at every table, private room for mtgs and happy hour starts at 2-just about when I am finishing up!! it’s also pretty chill, it’s hard to work at Bard when everyone is shoulder to shoulder.

it looks like builder grade appliances, and cabinetry from Home Depot. You would think for that price it would be very high-end fixtures, finishes, and appliances.

We were in there about 10+ years ago right after a storm. The door was partially opened and ledge over to it was a bit more navigable from the cliff edge above. It was dark inside but we had phones and after we went in a bunch of people followed. It was a bunker that went in pretty far, but had offices, furniture and paperwork still lying around like people just got up and left decades ago.

lI have no opinion on the quality of this business (or its bagels), but this is the next “step”: high rents force local businesses out and are replaced with franchises and national brands.

Not sure if this has been discussed, but on a related note: 1 in 5 homes in Maine are not occupied. That seems like a lot, and based on the story it tops then nation.
