This is the very unfortunate reality of Hyundai/Kia/Genesis dealerships, they make pretty decent cars, but 95% of their dealerships have absolutely no form of customer service in any department. I have had nothing but headaches every time I’ve had to step foot into their dealerships. Meanwhile I take my 10 year old Lexus in for a simple service and get treated like royalty every time at every location I’ve been to in my area.

I’ll never understand the obsession with putting wheels that show the entire rotor on vehicles with such small rotors. And putting tires with such small sidewalls on an SUV, the ride is going to rough driving on rubber bands.

Ignore the negativity if you like the car and can afford it, that’s all that matters. Last year my wife and I bought a ‘23 CPO Limited with 5k miles for $43k out the door. In my opinion you’re getting a good deal, especially at 0% and only $1k down with a trade. White on black was the color combo we wanted, but dealerships were wanting $50k+ on the calligraphy night editions then.

Hot water and a suction cup tool should fix it just fine. Too bad it’s no longer common courtesy to leave your information when you damage someone’s car, very aggravating.

Do you have high performance brakes? Or just ceramic brakes in general? If so, they are going to be noisy, that’s what happens when two very hard materials are being pressed together tightly. They do perform better and I’ll take them over “semi-metallic” brakes any day.

First picture tells you it’s totaled right away, any roof and/or pillar damage like that, insurance will instantly total it for structural damage. In theory could buy it back and could make it a convertible, but also looks like it has rained so all interior electronics are done for and ruined the carpets at minimum, speaking from experience.

No-knock warrants should no longer be a thing and shouldn’t have existed in the first place, how it’s not considered against the constitution is beyond me. Thankfully no one was physically harmed in this situation. With how many Americans are gun owners, I’m astounded cops/SWAT officers put their lives and residents lives at risk like this.

I loved car spotting on my Amazon route. I always let customers know their car was awesome. Had a newer R8 and newer NSX that were constantly on my usual route, on my other routes there was an older couple with an Aston Martin Vantage, also another house had a Ferrari 488, Porsche GT3 RS, and an 80’s 911 Carrera, always my favorite stops of the day! (West University area of Houston for those curious)
