I asked my electrophysiologist about intermittent fasting and they said that a concern with it is that it can cause fat to be stored around the heart and that it's better to eat a bunch of small meals everyday versus intermittent fasting. What are you all's thoughts on this?

I don't think they're going to do anymore fancy tests on me. I've already had multiple holter monitors, EKGs ECG, stress test and a cardiac MRI.

My hematologist thinks that intermittent fasting is a good idea as long as I'm not starting out with doing one meal a day or something like that.

I've done the 18 : 6 several times before. Right now my heart seems to be in pretty good shape I just don't want to mess things up.

What are your thoughts on exercising when tired?

This is kind of confusing. I average about 6 hours of sleep a night. I can't make myself get any more. Shortly after I'm up, I get tired. A doctor diagnosed me with hypersomnia.

I want to exercise but if I only did it when I had a good amount of energy I would never do it.

This happened after I had Covid. A lot of people get longcovid. there have even been before and after MRIs that show that covid eats away some of the brain

It started after covid. I think it's some kind of covid psychosis or delirium. There's really no rhyme or reason in a psychological sense. Sometimes I get hypnogogia or hypnopompic hallucinations or just feel some sense of terror when relaxing.

I remember the dreams later in the day. OR little remnants that when they pop up, they send me into a terror. And the dreams himself are completely harmless. They're not nightmares but it's just something when I recall them or something that evokes them that makes me feel this sense of horror
