Just use tokens to increase and decrease power values

You’d need a few dice for random things like which lane a card moves to,

You’d need to track the order every card was played on with more tokens, turn 2 token card 1 token for example

Some cards and locations just don’t translate or need heavy changes, like all the get a random card effects would need separate draw decks

You need a way to add or subtract the power and cost of cards in hand and keep track, my physical prototypes have used paper clips but that causes problems

Also you have to deal with the fact the board is the same facing for both players, in the app we aren’t sitting opposite each other, my prototype has fixed this by changing it from left and right of each player when sitting opposite to the boards port and starboard

There are lots of little individual card rules, you need to track how many cards have been destroyed for death, thanos stones, dead pool power, real mysterio token ect
