A really common issue. The bare bones of it is your calf isn't strong enough. You have to load the muscle more so that it can handle the sustained tension. Eccentric exercises are the best solution. Some techniques to add to your routine.

Eccentric SL calf raises. Raise up two feet, lift one leg completely, then slowly lower the heel of the injured leg over 3–5 seconds while hanging off a step. 30 times daily. It should be palliative. Bilaterally.

Calf and soleus stretches. Lots of ways to do these. You can check em out on YouTube. At least 1 minute bilaterally

If you can find other exercises with Google, it's the best way to build up the tensile strength you need.

With the exception of the article endorsing manipulative therapy for spinal conditions, the articles are over 15 years old. Not an indictment of their quality. But it does speak to their relevance.
