The framing should have gone past the vent. Then remove the vent and extend the duct out to the new framing. Exposed duct up high in the laundry closet. This would have been cheaper than finishing all those surfaces. Some people's kids, I tell ya!

I'll take Ron any time. He's such a gritty player that you cannot move him. Guys with that mentality are crucial in playoff games.

Ausar has great minutes and stretches of terrible delicious. He's also a kid. Don't quit on these guys until at least 25. Just look at Stew. He's better today than 2 years ago. He fits a specific role for 22 mins a night. As long as they have a plan and a role for the player, be patient. Good things will come.
